an accused about the state govenment of akwa ibom tthat only 700 hundred civil servant are been trained on (ICT) Information communication technology led by the Nigeria labour when the head of state service Mrs. Cecilia Udossian was interviewd on friday 9th october 2015 by newsmen
she said that many of the civil servant benefited from her administration since 2011 of service by which she adopt new policy in her administration
she also said that she also adopt a ceremony of celebeberation annually on a week by which debate were carried out by the civil servants through this competition it makes them to be reading on regular basis just to win a price
the allegation made against her in staying above her requied timme of service. she said that she has only sppent only 36 years and some months in her service
Mrs. Cecilia Udossian explained why she has spent above her stay in service. that when she has been due for retirement the government added a year extension to her so she cannot refuse the offer made to her by the government
the Akwa ibom state government led by Mr Etim Ukpong had allegedly accused Udoessien of been stayed above her expected time of service
The NLC also alleged that the immediate past administration, only recruited persons from a section of the state into the service at the expense of the others.
But in her response, Udoessien said that she started her service career in the old Cross River before transferring to Akwa Ibom after the creation of the state.
she also said that she has served deligently,her administration is a good one, compare to other people admiistration
“The allegations against me are baseless, in the last administration of Godswill Akpabio, we tried to appoint at least one permanent secretary in each of the 31 council areas to ensure equal representation,” she said.
She denied knowledge any skewed employment policy to favour only people from one ethnic group.
she said that the administration of Govenoer Udom Emmanuel has set up a committee to examine complaints about the recruitment done at the twilight of the last administration.
she also concluded by advising that they should work together in unity, as one body to make the state to grow
